A discretionary fund has been allocated to assist certain small businesses previously outside the scope of the business grants funds scheme.
IMPORTANT NOTICE:
All of the £1.6 million fund has been allocated to local businesses and therefore we are not accepting any further applications. We will hold applications that we were not able to allocate funding to on a reserve list, in order of date application, to be processed if any further funding becomes available.

A 12-month business rates holiday for all retail, hospitality and leisure businesses in England
The relief has now been applied to all of the eligible business rate accounts. New bills have been issued confirming that the relief has been applied.
If the scheme applies to you, you will get a letter from us and you will also get a revised bill. This means that your business will not need to make any business rates payments during the financial year 2020/2021. Please do not pay anything in the meantime.
