The new scheme offers business growth grants of up to £50,000 for local businesses operating in and from Huntingdonshire who have ambitious plans to scale and grow.
The Growth Grant scheme totals £1million and is funded from the council’s receipt of Additional Restrictions Grant (ARG) funding.
Local businesses can apply for a business growth grant from 26 November 2021, with the application process open to sole traders, micro and SMEs from any industry sector, including businesses who were impacted by the delayed move to Step 4 of the Covid-19 response Spring Roadmap. The scheme will run until March 2022 and will only remain open until the Growth grant pot of £1million has been exhausted.
