These exercise classes are for people living with and beyond cancer. The classes have been developed to be enjoyable and sociable, but also to ensure you get the full benefit of a physical workout.

The classes have been designed with less structure so that we can change the sessions to suit those who are attending. You may be working in pairs, working round a circuit or taking part in instructor-led exercise sessions. All instructors are qualified in cancer and exercise rehabilitation and will motivate you to keep active and get the best out of each session. They can also give you advice and ideas to help you keep active when getting back to a normal routine again.

Who can attend?

Anyone who is going through treatment or has finished treatment. We recommend you speak to a Macmillan nurse, a doctor or the Hunts Community Cancer Network to check they are happy for you to attend these classes.

When and where are the classes?

As of the week commencing 6 January 2020 these classes are taking a pause. If you are interested in attending these classes please contact the One Leisure Active Lifestyles Team who will contact you when the classes are being resumed.

How much does it cost?

Classes are £3.70 per session or £32 for a 10-class pass.
