What is PEDALS?
PEDALS is a cycling scheme for anyone who requires additional support to exercise and their families. The scheme involves instructor-led sessions on adapted bikes. We have two adapted bikes that are suitable for younger children and a number of adapted bikes for older children and adults.
Our range of adapted bikes will be available to hire at Hinchingbrooke Country Park for £5 per bike on Tuesdays only.
Bikes can hired on the hour for 45 minutes every hour between 1pm - 4pm.
All bikes will be cleaned before and after use. Helmets and high visibility jackets are available to hire, free of charge, to all users who want to use them, these will be sanitised but feel free to bring your own helmet. You are also more than welcome to bring additional bikes if you are hiring our adaptive bikes for specific family members.

To book, please email activelifestyles@huntingdonshire.gov.uk and provide us with:
- name of individuals who will be attending
- time slot (1pm, 2pm or 3pm)
- which bike(s) you would like to hire (max 2 bikes can be hired)
- any questions you may have
We will send you an email to confirm your booking and you will be contacted no later than 24 hours before to take payment.
